These Terms of Service govern your use of manifestationbff.in (the "Site") and the digital products and services offered by Genie Minded, LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of our services
We sell digital, non-tangible products only. This includes pre-recorded video rituals (commonly referred to as "spells" or "rituals"), printable digital workbooks, and access to live virtual events such as masterclasses and online intensives. No physical goods are shipped. All content is delivered electronically — either via instant download, a streaming link, or by joining a live online session at the scheduled time. The products are intended for personal entertainment, self-reflection, and educational purposes only.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and order confirmation emails secure. You agree to provide accurate and current information at all times.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
All prices on the Site are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider, Transact Bridge. By submitting an order you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we believe to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or otherwise problematic.
5. Delivery of digital products
Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment, typically within a few minutes, by email and/or by access on your account dashboard. Live event access details are sent to the email address you provide at checkout, no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address you provide is correct and that our messages do not land in your spam folder. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by an incorrect email address, an unstable internet connection, or third-party email filtering.
6. License to use digital content
When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, share, sub-license, copy, modify, or publicly display the content in whole or in part without our prior written permission. Unauthorised sharing of digital content is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
7. User conduct, fraud and misuse
You agree not to use the Site or our products to (a) engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data; (c) submit false information; (d) abuse promo codes, refund requests, or chargeback mechanisms; (e) reverse engineer or scrape the Site; or (f) use the products in any way that infringes the rights of any third party. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to suspend or terminate your access, refuse future orders, void any refund requests, and pursue legal remedies in the event of suspected misuse, fraud, or abuse.

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Genie Minded, LLC, its members, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our products. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Site or our products shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Genie Minded, LLC and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or any content, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any product at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) you have engaged in fraud, misuse, or abusive behaviour; (c) we are required to do so by law; or (d) continuing to provide the service has become commercially unreasonable. Upon termination, your right to use any content licensed under these Terms ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to the Licence, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law sections — will survive.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or by a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence, you and we agree that any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, USA. Nothing in this section limits the rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
