Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital products and services purchased on manifestationbff.in. Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, the rules below replace any general refund language you may have seen elsewhere on the Site.

1. Nature of our products

All products sold on this Site are digital and non-tangible. They include pre-recorded video rituals, printable digital workbooks, and access to live virtual events. There is nothing physical to return. Once a digital product has been delivered (by email, by being made available on your account dashboard, or by any other electronic means), it is considered consumed.

2. General policy: digital sales are final

Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the product has been delivered. By placing an order and accepting these Terms at checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive any general right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply to distance contracts for digital content.

3. Limited circumstances in which a refund may be granted

We will consider a refund in the following limited circumstances: (a) you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error; (b) the product was never delivered to you and we are unable to deliver it within a reasonable time after you notify us; (c) the product is materially different from what was described on the Site at the time of purchase; or (d) the live event for which you bought a ticket is cancelled by us and not rescheduled within 90 days. Refund requests outside of these circumstances will generally be declined.

4. Non-refundable scenarios

We do not provide refunds for: (a) change of mind after delivery; (b) failure to read the product description before purchasing; (c) inability to attend a live event due to your own scheduling conflict, technical issue, or any reason on your end (recordings, where included, are provided in lieu); (d) dissatisfaction with the spiritual, emotional, or material outcomes of any ritual or practice — our products are sold for entertainment and self-reflection purposes and we make no guarantees of results; (e) accounts that are suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, including fraud, misuse, or sharing of digital content; (f) any partial use or partial completion of a product; or (g) requests made more than the eligibility window described below.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund within the eligible circumstances, email info@manifestationbff.com from the same email address you used to place your order, within 7 days of the original purchase date. Include: your order number, the date of purchase, the product name, and a clear description of why you believe a refund is appropriate. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and aim to provide a final decision within 10 business days.

6. How approved refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your card issuer or payment method, and is typically 5–14 business days. We do not offer cash refunds, store credit in lieu of cash, or refunds to a different payment method.

7. Cancellations

Because digital products are delivered immediately at the time of purchase, orders cannot generally be cancelled after payment is confirmed. If you place an order in error and reach us by email at info@manifestationbff.com within 30 minutes of the order, before any content has been delivered, we will use reasonable efforts to cancel and refund the order. After delivery, the standard refund policy above applies.

8. Live event tickets

Live virtual event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except where the event is cancelled by us and not rescheduled within 90 days. If you cannot attend a live event, you may receive the recording (where the ticket includes one); the recording is provided in lieu of a refund.

9. Fraud, chargebacks and abuse

Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us in good faith may result in immediate suspension of your account, blocking of future orders, and recovery of any costs we incur in defending the chargeback. We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks with the card network and to share any relevant evidence, including order details, IP address, and access logs.
